Description
After pickup from your chosen meeting point, travel to Etna in either a Jeep or van to begin your tour. Learn about Etna's volcanic activity and history while sampling local products from Zafferana Etnea.
Drive along scenic roads overlooking dormant craters and the Valle del Bove. Visit areas of ancient volcanic activity, including the Hornitos and lava flow caves, where you will be provided with helmets and flashlights.
The tour culminates at 2000 meters elevation, where you can observe the sunset over the volcano’s landscape.
