La Sirena - Ristorante Pizzeria Pensione

Ristorante La Sirena has it all: a great location at the harbour of Giardini-Naxos with a wonderful panorama of the bay and a smouldering Mount Etna and views up to Taormina and Castelmola, tasty pizzas and really genuine Sicilian food, mainly based on seafood, which is always superfresh. La Sirena serves strictly KM ZERO food, using only local produces. It is funny to see the fishermen with their buckets full of fish coming to the restaurant and selling them on the spot...

Think tasty, unique, yummy = pizza! The pizzeria offers a wide choice of combinations, starting with a simple Pizza Margherita and ending with a pizza prepared according to your wishes.

Lunch and dinner are served in summer on the  terrace overlooking the bay. And: La Sirena is one of the few restaurants in Giardini-Naxos which are also open on winter-weekends.

A dinner could be like this: start with a mixed seafood starter, home-brined olives (ever so appetizing), and garnished flatbread, followed by a freshly caught and grilled bream or bass with some olive oil and lemon, and a salad or grilled veggies, for dessert try the homemade tiramisù. Washed down with a Sicilian red or white - ask for the home-wine!

La Sirena is also a great place to celebrate an anniversary, birthday or any other event. Groups are welcome!
