The Cave Ox focusses on wine, we doubt that you have ever seen a more extended wine list. It must contain every Sicilian wine worth drinking (including bio wines), plus a large selection of the best Italian wines and some French ones. Sandro, the friendly and helpful owner, who speaks also some English, has an excellent knowledge of the local wines and is happy to share it. Wines are also served by the glass what gives guests the possibility to taste several local wines.

The Cave Ox may not look like much from the outside, but it serves excellent food - we loved the large selection of antipasti, oh, and the perfect crispy pizza, and prices are more than fair for the food and the service offered.

The Cave Ox is the perfect place for those who would like to discover the novelties in the Etna wine landscape (and eat well).
