1. Visit to Etna's first winery We begin our journey with an atmospheric walk through the vineyards of the first winery. You will be immersed in the beauty of the rural landscape as our experts tell you the story behind each vine and the philosophy that guides their work. Once back at the winery, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a rich selection of fine wines. In the charming old Palmento, where tradition meets innovation, you will enjoy three wines accompanied by a rich selection of local products (bruschetta, parmigiana or omelets with 0 km products, preserves, cold cuts, olives and dairy products and a hot dish in seasonal rotation, such as a pumpkin lasagna or baked pasta, etc...). 2. Visit to Etna's second winery We continue our food and wine journey with an immersive visit to the second winery, nestled among the majestic mountains of Etna Park. Walking among the rows of vines, you will have the opportunity to admire the Arena Pàlici, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Alcantara Valley. Passing through ancient lava caves and rooms dedicated to the processing of grapes, you will discover the secrets of traditional wine making. We will visit the Bottaia, where ancient Slavonian oak barrels are kept, and the bottling and packaging room. Under the guidance of an experienced sommelier, you will taste five fine wines, accompanied by a lunch consisting of a rustic appetizer, the first course of the day, sausage with potatoes and a typical dessert.
