A few kilometers from the famous, beautiful and uncrowded beach of San Vito Lo Capo is the beach of Macari, halfway between the Zingaro Park and the Nature Reserve of Mount Hood.
It is a beach nestled in a lovely setting on a stretch of coastline indented by small bays and rocky cliffs, with a crystalline sea of beautiful colours ranging from deep blue to turquoise. On the horizon you can see the Egadi islands and every evening you can watch gorgeous sunsets.
Macari is easy to reach via a small train that connects the three points of interest in the area. There are two parking spaces, from where you can hop on the train to explore these lovely beaches.
