The ethno-anthropological museum Annalisa Buccellato has been initialized by the foundation of the same name and is housed, along with the museum of water and water mills, in the Arab-Norman castle of Castellammare del Golfo.
The museum is dedicated to different aspects of civilization in Sicily, and shows everyday objects related to agricultural crops, such as grain, grapes, olives, tools of various trades, and household furnishings .
Interesting is the inner courtyard room where there are cots, kitchen items and things great-grandparents used.
The museum also organises various events.
Free entrance, but you can leave something at the end of your visit.
Upon request, the museum organizes guided tours (2 hours) for schools and an educational workshop. The activity will also be accompanied by the screening of a video dedicated to the topic.Cost:: € 2.00 per student
