What will we do?
Sicilian Cannoli: You will learn the secrets to prepare the soft ricotta cream, combining Sicilian tradition with the secrets of artisanal cooking and how to assemble and decorate the cannoli, getting creative with pistachio crumbs, chocolate, cherries, and candied orange.
Tiramisu: We will discover how to prepare this spoon dessert, with its delicate layers of mascarpone, coffee, and cocoa.
During the lesson, you will have the chance to taste other artisanal sweet creams from small local producers, to learn about different flavors and textures that make each dessert a unique experience.
