The winery Judeka is the result of a lucky meeting, over a glass of Nero d'Avola, of Sicilian entrepreneurs with a common passion for quality wines. Judeka soon had success: in 2007 around 22,000 bottles were produced, in 2008 35,000 bottles, while 2009 alrady had a production of 130,000 bottles.
Judeka has an obligation to leave a better world for our children. The winery is equipped with a photovoltaic system, a thermal solar plant for the production of hot water, a system of constructed wetlands for the treatment of waste, the water produced by the latter is used for the irrigation of the green, and finally the spring water is treated and made drinkable by osmosis.
Judeka offers guided tours and tastings, and the organization of weddings, conferences, dinners and other events like fashion and entertainment shows.
