The majestic wood and metal mill processes wheat into semolina and flour on six floors. You will be able to discover and witness all the processes of wheat processing, guided by the expert who guarantees the quality of the final product.
If you choose to purchase the option with tasting, you can go to a particular local grocery store to taste products made from ancient grains and hemp, accompanied by Sicilian food and wine excellence.
