Panda farm, owned by the Pantaleone family, is not only a wonderful setting for wine production, but the perfect place for wine production too. It is a mixture of coastal and mountainous, damp, but also ventilated, and of course the sun. This variety lends itself to a range of fragrances and colours which touch the senses.
The mild climate and the land have enabled this wine producer to create the highest quality of wines, made organically and using both local and international grape types.
The Chardonnay and Syrah are wonderfully adapted to this area, assuming all the characteristics of the terrain. The Nero D'Avola and Grillo are typical of this area, enjoying the sunshine and vitality of the land.
Chardonnay, Nero D'Avola, Grillo and Syrah have been selected to express the Greek origins and culture to which this part of Sicily originates.
