Shalai Resort is located in a village at the slopes of Mount Etna and features an elegant soft-coloured small restaurant with attentive service to customer requests. The hotel restaurant is the perfect place for lunch, dinner and special moments. There are menus for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs.

All dishes are prepared in a balanced and light way, revisited with a touch of creativity.
Among the starters, try the veal fillet with vegetables marinated in tangerines or the warm basket of fresh ricotta-cheese with cream of potato and celery.
For the first courses we suggest the pasta with meat of the black Nebrodi-pigs on black olives or cream-cheese tortellini with artichokes. And what about the pieces of rabbit cooked with beer, onions, carrots and raisins?
Everything comes with the great bread of the house.
There are also excellent desserts, as well as an extended wine list. Let the maitre choose your wine....
