The inside is warm and welcoming, with tufa walls and wood that give a bright sense of well-being, while in the summer you can dine on the outdoor veranda from where you can admire the Tower of Ligny and the north coast.
The cuisine is mainly based on fish, and serves traditional Sicilian dishes creatively interpreted by the chef who is always searching for new tastes. The menu changes periodically, according to the seasons, but the 'classic' never fail as the fresh pappardelle with cuttlefish ink, swordfish eggs, prawns and sea urchins.
Among the appetizers are to try the caponata, sweet and sour fish or vegetable tabbouleh with mint and mackerel fillets.
Keep a some space for sweets and taste the homemade tiramisu or chocolate seven veils.
