La Gritta

La Gritta is located at Capaci, some kilometres from Palermo. It is a very well organized restaurant and pizzeria, serving excellent starters, fresh seafood and delicious pizzas.

The menu is based on fish, includes a good variety of appetizers, first and second courses and of course some yummy desserts - try a crepe! We had a pizza and the squid and prawns dish - superfresh fish, skilfully prepared. The kitchen is no frills, solid Sicilian cuisine, portions are abundant and prices are low. 

If you come here with a group fo friends you should try the 'pizza round'.

La Gritta boasts a homely and familiar atmosphere, great service and a very friendly staff. And over all: excellent value for money.
