The kitchen of hte Hotel Palladio in Giardini-Naxos is exclusively in women's hands, cooking ranges between tradition and innovation, dishes are based on the cooks' mothers and grandmothers recipes, being recreated in a modern and light way. You will be served old style Sicilian dishes, prepared of the best raw materials, exclusively fresh and seasonal, and preferably organic. In the kitchen you wont' find surrogates, pre-cooked or frozen food.
The ladies also take great care of the young ones: they are always available to prepare baby food, snacks and meals on request according to the tastes of your children and taking into account any eventual allergy.
