They revisit traditional dishes also relying on refined produces from all over the world, such as salts, oils and fruits - creating a kind of fusion cuisine without forgetting about their Sicilian roots. In summer guests can enjoy the romantic atmosphere sitting outside in a characteristic alleyway in the historic centre of Scicli.
