Acquamarina

Acquamarina restaurant, placed peacefully outside the main touristy area on a lovely seafront , was created to provide a place for people to enjoy good freshly prepared food, mainly sourced locally (we love the local capers and olive oil) - and at realistic prices.

The interior has been recently refurbished and dressed in light creamy colours, huge windows overlooking the harbour, walls adorned with pictures of Pantelleria and there is a pleasant music playing softly in the background.

The menu has also received a total revamp by the skillful and a bit adventurous chef and now features excellent appetizers ( try the delicious caponata or cannolo di pane), fresh seafood and fish dishes( seafood risotto with strawberries and chocolate or grilled mullet) and mouth watering desserts (we like the pistachio semifreddo, but Tiramisu and chocolate soufflé are also worth trying).

The wine cellar boasts some great wines which go well with the menu.

Overall very good restaurant with fantastic location!
