Description

Not like the regular standard tour in our gastronomy trip you will be guided by local chef who will not just take you to trekking the breathtaking Mt.Etna but also visit the local farmer and winery. Thanks to the fertile soil from lava Mt.Etna area is one of most excellent agricultual product area such as pistacho, Etna wines, almond, olive oil and ricotta cheese. We will visit the cheese workshop to see the local artisan how to produce ricotta cheese in tranditioal way Visit a local cantine to taste Etna wine . After that we head to Etna park to picnic in natural pine forest, we will prepare a picnic set with assort of small bite you could savorthe different typical local food. we will be back to Catania around 3pm
