Your walk through Taormina starts at the ancient town gate Porta Messina and will lead you to the lovely Palazzo Corvaja, the famous Greek Theatre, the public garden, over Corso Umberto to the main square Piazza IX. Aprile with its panoramic terrace and the clock tower, to the Cathedral and the Piazza Duomo, and will end at the second town gate Porta Catania.

The Green Tour takes place from Monday to Sunday - Thurdays and Saturdays only on reservation

Tours are guided in Italian and English, tickets are available at the Bus Terminal in Giardini-Naxos and the Bus Terminal in Taormina.

Cost:  € 15,00, reduced € 10,00

This is a wonderful way to discover beautiful and posh Taormina. Of course you could do a sightseeing tour on your own, but together with an insider, who will tell you also stories about the buildings and people, it is more fun.
