Tenuta Rapitalà

The winery Tenuta Rapitalà was founded in the year 1968 and produces since 1976  excellent wines which retain the scents and flavours of the Sicilian terroir. Today, nearly fifty years later it is one of the best known wineries in the whole of Sicily and the unrivalled protagonist of this wonderful island's oenological renewal.

Rapitalà's great pride is the estate wich stretches for 225 hectares (105 of which are cultivated as vineyards) over gentle hills in the Camporeale territory at altitudes of 300 to 600 m, where clay and sand either stand out or mingle in the landscape.
The excellent esposure and the land's composition create the perfect enviroment for the cultivation of prestigious vines. When harvest comes to a close, the latest wine produztion methods add excellence and outstanding personality to the wines produced.
