Tecnoparco Archimede

Near the Archaeological Park , about 200 meters from the greek theater , you will be in a green and relaxing space, where the passion for the sciences and for Archimedes, to the country's history and culture will immerse you between the history of Syracuse and your school memories .

A visit to the Technopark will reveal the extraordinary contributions that have given the studies and inventions of the great scientist Archimedes from Syracuse .

Inside the park you can admire faithful replicas (size or scale) of war machines used in the third century BC, and authentic technological tools designed by the genius of Archimedes: cranes, winches, gears, catapults, Archimedes' screws, water clocks and much more.
