The beach of 'Capo Plaia' in Campofelice di Rocella stretches for about 15 kilometres west of Cefalù, in the direction of Palermo. It is wide and can be accessed from many sides. The beach is pebbly and sandy and often windy, therefore good for windsurfing. Like in Salinelle the water becomes very deep after some metres, so watch out for your children. A part of the beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Turn right at the Hotel Carlton, pass the rail crossing and then turn to the left. At the parking in summer there are many busses, so be aware of where you leave your car.
