Noto, Modica and Ragusa: The Baroque Tour from Catania
116 ReviewsDiscover the heart of Sicily of the late Baroque period. Rebuilt after the devastating earthquake of 1693 it is part of UNESCO's World Heritage.
The Pupillo Agricultural Company, founded in 1908 in Syracuse, occupies a good part of the ancient fief of Targia, famous not only for the castle of Frederick II, but also for the fertile soils that make each production unique in taste, colour and fragrance. For over twenty years Nino Pupillo devoted himself to the recovery of his ancestors' vineyards, trying to combine the history of these lands with the most modern winemaking techniques.
The Solacium of Frederick II, with its spacious and comfortable historic buildings and its large garden full of exotic plants, is suitable for weddings, conventions, events, dinners and banquets.
The Cantine Pupillo opens its historic buildings and wonderful gardens for winery tours, tastings, conferences, dinners and banquets. Reservations are required.
