When it comes to food they are a bit stubborn at the Terra Mia, they use exclusively raw quality materials and seasonal products of the area. And you can taste it: the mixed starter of the home, the pasta with wild fennel pesto, the pasta with pistachio, the roast black Nebrodi pig, all tasted amazing. But the best was the dessert: a sweet ricotta cheese with chopped almonds and pistachios and topped with chestnut honey from Mount Etna - unforgettable.
