At Squitty in Pozzallo you can taste the typical Sicilian street food, such as arancini, sandwiches, salty and sweet pastries, and very tasty focaccia (flat bread) without spending a fortune. Squitty is also a great place to buy your lunch and take it to the beach, which is nearby. For those who prefer it lighter there are also some salads which could be eaten on the spot, there are a few tables for guests.

We discovered Squitty on a summer weekend, intrigued by the enormous flow of people, and went back on a week day. It is well worth a try, but avoid the end of the week!

The staff is helpful and polite and food is cheap, but this does not lower the quality of products and flavours.
