Newcomers to the Savoy should opt for the tasting menu, 8 or 9 phenomenal appetizers - oysters, tuna, salmon, squid, clams and mussels, and prawns and shrimps from Mazara del Vallo (the tatiest of Sicily). Or let themselves be guided by the chef who always recommends the best tastes of the day and combinations. Or go straight away for the cooked and/or raw shrimps, or the fried calamari, or the skewer. Whatever you choose to eat: the fish is exclusively fresh, dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and truly unique. And the cake with pears and ricotta is simply divine!
The staff is very attentive, friendlly, polite and helpful and will make you feel at ease.
