Pizzeria Il Baglio

Pizzeria Il Baglio is the only restaurant ( there are couple of bars) in the Baglio of Scopello which is the focal point in Scopello.

Steeped in traditional Sicilian charm, the interior of Il Baglio is elegant with rustic touches and refined furnishings, while the outside garden has plenty of tables for summer dinning.

The restaurant is run by passionate Signor Faro who certainly aims to please, offering a range of traditional Sicilian dishes along with some great signature dishes and flavoursome range of traditional wood-fired pizzas. The chef speciality is starter of antipasto Baglio followed by Busiate fresche del Baglio which is homemade pasta of a curly shape served with a delicious sauce or try out the seafood pappardelle. Oh, and we mustn't forget fish cous cous, absolutely marvelous.

The charming staff take pleasure in creating a relaxed and convivial environment enhanced by seriously good food.
