The Osteria Terra & Sorsi offers authentic local cuisine, of Mount Etna and the Hyblaean Mountains, based on traditional receipes and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Being the restaurant of the known winery Cantine Nicosia, the wine does not accompany the food, it guides it. Food pairings will be based on the wines. You will be surrounded by scents, flavours and images linked to the past.
Dishes with clear Etnean-Hyblaean origins wiill accompany the finest labels of the Sosta Tre Santi and Fondo Filara selections.
