Osteria 4 Archi, located at the slopes of Mount Etna boasts three cozy rooms furnished in wood and enriched by a thousand fanciful details. They use exclusively '0-KM-food', raw local materials respecting the seasons, working directly with small producers, ensuring the traceability of the products.

The amazing staff believes in the pleasure of genuine food, natural, clean but also 'right' against the approval of flavours, massive agriculture and genetic manipulations.

The focus is on hearty dishes, the food of the mountains - think eggplant caponata for a starter, homemade pasta with fresh ceps, rice with pumpkin and smoked bacon, lamb meat from the oven with mashed peas....Or simply tease your taste buds with a pizza with the freshest ingredients from the wood oven. All enriched by an extraordinary wine cellar that includes more than 250 labels, including the wines of Mount Etna and the best Sicilian wines.
