We came here by chance. The outside of the Hostaria Aries is not really attracting, but living long enough in Sicily we knew that this is no indication for the kitchen. Inside we found a cozy place with terracotta floors, rustic furnishings and decorations, and red and white tablecloth.
The menu changes daily, but includes always the great classics of traditional Sicilian cuisine, combining the most genuine and fresh seasonal products of the local territory.
Dishes are plentiful and tasty, so think carefully before ordering. After the starters and a first course (maybe the seafood risotto?) you'll be already satiated. And you got to try the meat rolls, fried calamari.....
On the contrary to the tasty dishes the bill will be tasteless...The overall price is fair for the quality.
