Always on the lookout for something new we found Casa GioLi nearly on our doorsteps. Casa GioLi offers art for the eyes and art for the palate. The latter starts with a taste of the homemade bread with the oil from the olive grove of the owners. So far so great. Continuing with the bluefin tuna served with grilled potatoes, excellent scallops and homemade fusilli, ending with a delightful pistachio mousse. Particularly delicious also the piglet with chocolate and the melon-risotto.
Prices are more than fair regarding the high quality and being in posh Taormina.
