ASSUD Morsi & Sorsi
ASSUD is a project that aims to enhance the food and wine of southern Italy promoting the local culinary identity.
ASSUD proposes a new way of eating and drinking. The quality foods are those that come from products grown and/or created without the use of chemical additives or preservatives of non-natural origin, respecting the environment and agricultural traditions and productive territory.
We entered ASSUD Morsi & Sorsi because the first thing listed on the menu was the fish cous cous that I always wanted to try in the area where it is best in Sicily. The small restaurant is informal, rustic and pleasant. As soon as you sit down they bring you a pitcher of water with a tag that says that water is a common good and that it is for free.
Once tasted the delicious dishes you will want to come back again and again.
