At the Antico Baglio you can taste the traditional cuisine of the mountains, roast Madonie pork, grilled veal, wild boar stew. In autumn you'll find everything around mushrooms, which are the highlights of the kitchen, along with cold cuts of meat and cheeses.
Also the pizzas are great and we appreciated the well-stocked 'cellar' of specialty beers. A must-try are the homemade chips, fried potatoes like our Grannies used to make.
