The centre Vecchia Dogana is the largest 'workshop of flavours' at the foot of Mount Etna, a factory specializing in food and beverage events, created by a consortium of private bet that has decided to focus on the excellence of food and wine.
But Vecchia Dogana is also the new maritime station for cruise passengers arriving in Catania, with cultural and entertainment facilities, a meeting place, an opportunity for business and commerce, a space ideal for the organization of large and small events.
There are cafes, restaurants, also Japanese, and shops, a 5D cinema, and a puppet museum and theatre in Vecchia Dogana, and the factory offers various events and a play-ground for children on weekends.
