Wine production at Tenute Plaia comes mainly from natives grapes, there are three types: the elegant and refined 'Plaia', the convivial and intense 'Tirsi', and the biologic 'Erabio'.
The young farmers have inherited from three generations of viticulturists the experience, professionalism and love for a complex and difficult job, linked to climatic variations.
These are the same presuppositions that increase the passion for the land and its products and stimulate the desire to experiment, in search of new cultivation techniques using modern tools of technology.
The love for nature has favored the choice of a cultivation that follows the rules of organic farming, excluding the use of chemical herbicides and insecticides harmful to the environment and human health.
The cultivation of vine in the last years has been accompanied by the cultivation of olives and fruits, their production to organic conversion, which is used mainly in the kitchen of the farm.
