Your day starts with a visit to the local fish market where there is a wide choice of fresh fish just waiting to be selected. Tyen you'll return to the restaurant and start with the preparation of a Sicilian appetizer, the famous caponata.
Before all things you'll cut vegetables and then move on to the techniques of cooking and preparing sweet and sour. Then it is time for the first course and you'll make pasta.
While waiting for the bread to mature you'll create cannoli for dessert . Then it comes to the second course: fish. You'll learn how to clean it and prepare the 'alla ghiotta' sauce.
