We would surely not have gone to U Trappitu without recommendation. The entrance is not attracting. But once inside we felt immediately at home and dined well. The staff is polite and friendly and provides a good service. The kitchen of U Trappitu is linked to the Madonie Mountains, boasting local cheeses and high quality meat, and well-leavened pizza with wholesome ingredients. We absolutely loved their appetizer ot the house and the pappardelle with wild boar.
The menu is very limited, but if you appreciate homemade food with quality and tasty Km 0 ingredients for a great price, go to U Trappitu! You won't be disappointed.
