Nino, the owner and chef, his partner and his staff are very friendly and enjoy a chat. Letojanni is a short bus or taxi ride from Taormina and the restaurant is well worth a visit. The quality and price of the food are excellent.
You should try the 'Pasta Bottarga', the eggs of the tuna fish. The pasta is served on a plate in a basket of Parmigiano Reggiano - delicious. And the fish cous cous is just fabulous!
