Ristorante Etna Quota Mille

Etna Quota Mille is situated on the magnificent slopes of Mount Etna and surrounded by secular and recent lava flows, boasting wonderful views. Great food. Our tip: don't order all at once! The appetizer platter consists of 15 (fifteen!) tastings of local specialties, such as snails, caponata, meatballs, frittata, cheese with Etna honey, fried cheese, mushrooms, fried bread ecc.  

Etna Quota mIlle is housed in an old mill that has been restored withouth changing its original structure. Wine-pressing machinery and tools have been well preserved as well as the tradition of cooking with precious typical Sicilian produce which are biologically grown on the Etna, in  the Nebrodi mountains and in the Alcantara Valley.
