Moroboshi Sushi Fusion

In January 2009 the Japanese sun rised in form of  'Moroboshi' in Catania, and in a very short time it became the most successful Japanese restaurant in eastern Sicily.

What makes Moroboshi unique (and ever so much appreciated) is the ability to bring the fine culinary art of the 'Land of the Rising Sun' to Sicily in an informal and stylish way.

The kitchen of Moroboshi is both traditional and innovative, what makes it ideal for those who are newcomers to Japanese flavours and savours, and at the same time for those who are already fans of the fine and light Japanese cuisine. 

Moroboshi is also present in Catania with two restaurants, one in the shopping mall Etnapolis, and another one in Malta.
