Doc and Oil
Doc and Oil offers a vast choice of pizzas, baked in the wood-oven and a hearty but refined cuisine of the Madonie Mountains. There is also a beautiful garden where you can dine under citrus trees. The warm hospitality and the helpful staff will make you feel at ease.
The pizzas are excellent, but if you come here in autumn or winter you must try the dishes with mushrooms and meat. The fettucine with sausage and mushrooms, the stuffed eggplant and the pork shank come highly recommended. Wash them down with a new wine, and for dessert try a 'Head of the Turk', a local specialty.
