Da Filippino has been run through 3 generations handing down the secrets and family recipes from father to son.
This authentic restaurant is divided into two parts, a spacious, well -lit mezzanine level and a very wide garden. The decor is warm with solid dark wooden furniture, beamed wooden ceiling, fireplace, antiques and a vast number of ceramic plates adorning the walls.
The restaurant specifically prides itself on the freshest seafood usually brought in by the local fishermen early in the morning. Think mussel soup, tuna, grilled lobster or juicy swordfish steak. We mustn't leave out the meat dishes such as beef steaks soaked in creamy mushroom sauce with a hint of cognac....simply divine.
