In the premises of an old fishermen's tavern in the heart of old Trapani, with vaulted ceilings, images depicting tuna fishing, and dimmed light, Chef Angelo prepares traditional local dishes, expertedly and focussed on fish and seafood.

Fresh fish and traditional dishes revisited very good. Take advice from the owner to the dishes off the menu or the fish caught the same day!

Their best dish must be the fish cous cous. Try it! You'll have to wait about half an hour because the fish soup that accompanies the cous cous  is always freshly prepared. It is worth the waiting, you will be rewarded with on ethe best fish cous cous you've ever tasted.
