Al Gabbiano specialises in seafood dishes and there are many ways how to cook and prepare a fish. You can have it on the grill, roasted, poached, steamed, baked and fried, stuffed in pasta or mixed with a salad.
The seafood is fresh as it comes straight off the fishing nets and is cooked to perfection. Try the grilled squid as a starter, and for the main course the spaghetti in black cuttlefish ink. If you have space try out the fried cuttlefish or pasta with fennel and anchovies. To round up your meal order cannoli or homemade cinnamon or lemon liqueur.
