Description

At the Winehouse, at the port of Trapani, just across from the hydrofoil embarkation, you can enjoy your sensory experience by tasting Sicilian wines paired with local products. It will start with dry vinified zibibbo with hints of mint and rosemary and paired with local cheeses (fresh and semi-mature). This will be followed by cataratto, a semi-aromatic wine that will be paired with tuna heart. We will end the tasting with grillo, an ancient Sicilian grape variety that we will pair with tuna bresaola or Trapanese pesto.
