This fully guided tour will take you on a discovery of the secrets, myths, and stories that make our coast unique, thanks to the explanations and detailed stories of our expert skipper during each individual stop on the route.
Stop 1 (North Coast and Caves): We will begin our journey by sailing along the spectacular sea caves and the cliff, admiring the imposing Monument to the Fallen and the historic Capuchin Cliff with its picturesque inlets from the sea. Here we will make a first stop for a refreshing and relaxing swim in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the famous Scogli dei Due Frati.
Stop 2: The cruise continues along the ancient Spanish Walls, the evocative former Bourbon Prison, and the scenic Lungomare di Levante. We will then reach the famous Bay of Pillirina, the pristine pearl of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area. While moored, you will hear the fascinating history and legends linked to this mythical place as you enjoy a stop for a swim and a leisurely aperitif served directly at the boat's large table, including cold drinks, wine, and a selection of typical local products.
Stage 3: We will enter the heart of the Grand Harbor heading south, admiring the southern coast, the cliff, and the outline of the Minaret. We will drop anchor near Punta Maddalena or Punta del Pero for a final relaxing time in the water. Finally, we will head back, passing by the splendid Marina of Syracuse with its long promenade, the scenic Lungomare Alpheus, the legendary Fountain of Arethusa, and the majestic Castello Maniace, which we will greet from the sea in all its historical grandeur.
