Description
You will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of Sicilian cuisine from a renowned professional chef. After a forty-year career in high-end international cuisine, including stints at Michelin-starred restaurants, TV programs on Rai 1 and the publication of two books, I have chosen to take my experience beyond the screen. After sharing my passion with an online community of over 30,000 followers on TikTok and YouTube, today I am opening the doors of my home to pass on this same knowledge to my guests in person.
Together, we will prepare a seasonal Sicilian menu: we'll start with an antipasto, followed by a primo (first course), a secondo (second course), and a dessert, which we'll enjoy together while comfortably seated in my dining room. All this will be accompanied by an excellent local wine. The class will take place in my apartment, located in an exclusive residential area of Palermo, just a few minutes from the city center. The area is quiet and safe, and the street is served by all public transportation.
