Relax in the salt pans with varying salt concentrations and enjoy sunbathing on Isola Grande. After the wellness session, take a solar shower before attending a buffet dinner under the stars featuring traditional Sicilian dishes. Drinks are not included but available on site.

Dinner Menu

• Starters: Octopus salad, Parmigiana, Quinoa salad, Eggplant caponata, Porchetta and ricotta roll
• First Courses: Calamarata with tuna ragù, Risotto with dried tomato pesto, capers and lemon
• Main Course: Swordfish roll
• Dessert: Fior di latte ice cream and fruit

Price: Adult €67, Children (6 to 12 years) €44. Drinks and boat transfer tickets are not included.

• Arrive 30 minutes before departure for parking and boat ticket purchase (Adult €8, Children €4).
• The boat departs from the canal of the Ettore e Infersa saltworks (SEI) and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Isola Grande.
• Accommodation includes a wellness path in the salt pans; there is no beach access.
