Begin with a leisurely visit to the vineyards, where you can stroll among the Nero d'Avola vines. Learn about the cultivation methods and the unique terroir that influences the grapes.
Next, explore the historic winery through a guided tour of the production facilities. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the winemaking process from grape to bottle. Discover traditional techniques and modern innovations that contribute to the distinct character of the wines.
Following the tour, enjoy a tasting session inside the barrel cellar. Sample four carefully selected wines: Salipetr, 2024; Siclys, 2019; Curma, 2014; and Yrminum, 2015. The tasting is complemented by a selection of local delicacies, including traditional scacce—Sicilian stuffed flatbreads filled with savory ingredients—along with regional cheeses and crunchy taralli.
For enthusiasts, there is also the option to taste the winery’s Nero d'Avola grappa and, when available, single-varietal extra virgin olive oils (EVO). This experience offers a true taste of Sicilian viticulture and culinary culture in an authentic setting.
