Description
Enjoy a food and wine experience in the area of Vittoria (Ragusa), designed to let you discover the most authentic soul of Sicily through wine, biodiversity and local cuisine. With the Brunch Cortese, you will begin with a guided visit through the farm's vineyards, a moment dedicated to the beauty of the landscape, the natural richness, and the philosophy of respect for the environment.
After the walk in the vineyard, you will move on to the most delicious part of the experience: a Sicilian brunch with a selection of typical dishes from the Hyblaean area, paired with 4 glasses from the Nostru collection. You will taste wines produced using different vinification techniques, chosen to enhance local flavors and help you understand how structure, aromas and freshness can change the perception of food in the glass and on the plate.
The wines offered are organic and vegan-friendly, ideal for those seeking a conscious experience without sacrificing taste. Between tastings, you'll discover native Sicilian grape varieties and the deep bond between tradition, territory, and craftsmanship.
Perfect for couples, small groups, and food and wine enthusiasts, this experience is an invitation to slow down and experience Sicily with all your senses: among vineyards, wine glasses, and authentic flavors.
