Description
Immerse yourself in the Sicilian olive-growing tradition with an authentic experience in the heart of the Santa Ninfa area.
During this activity, you will experience the world of extra virgin olive oil first-hand, guided directly by those who produce it every day.
This is not just a tasting; it is a journey through history, aromas, flavors, and local traditions.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the oil mill, during which you will learn about all the stages of production, from the processing of the olives to the extraction of the oil.
Afterward, you will take part in a semi-professional guided tasting, during which you will learn to recognize a quality oil through sight, smell, and taste; you will discover the differences between the various types of oil and the secrets of pairing it correctly with food.
The experience concludes with a convivial moment: a short refreshment featuring a traditional local dish, “pane cunsatu.”
At the end of the experience, each participant will receive a small bottle of our own extra-virgin olive oil as a gift.
